Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to ensuring satisfitechnologies.com is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Effective Date: May 2, 2026 Last Updated: May 2, 2026

1 Our Commitment

Satisfi Technologies, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website at satisfitechnologies.com.

We believe all visitors — regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance — deserve full and equal access to our content and services. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome your feedback.

2 Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Partially Conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We are actively identifying and resolving areas where our website may not yet fully meet these standards. The four core WCAG principles guiding our work are:

Principle 1

Perceivable

Information and UI components must be presentable in ways users can perceive — including through assistive technologies like screen readers.

Principle 2

Operable

All functionality must be operable through a keyboard and must not require interactions that certain users cannot perform.

Principle 3

Understandable

Information and the operation of the interface must be understandable to all users, including those using screen readers or cognitive aids.

Principle 4

Robust

Content must be robust enough to be reliably interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, browsers, and assistive technologies.

3 Accessibility Measures We Take

Satisfi Technologies takes the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Using semantic HTML elements to provide structure and meaning to screen readers
  • Providing descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
  • Ensuring sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds
  • Designing all interactive elements to be keyboard-navigable
  • Using ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient
  • Ensuring no content relies solely on color to convey meaning
  • Designing responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
  • Avoiding auto-playing media with sound and providing user controls where media is present
  • Testing our site using screen readers and automated accessibility audit tools

4 Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, the following known limitations may exist:

  • Some third-party embedded content (analytics scripts, payment integrations) may not fully meet accessibility standards — we work with vendors committed to ongoing improvements
  • Certain animated hero elements may not fully respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" browser setting on all browsers — we are actively working to address this
  • Some images may lack complete alt text descriptions — these are being reviewed and updated

If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

5 Compatible Assistive Technologies

Our website is designed to be compatible with:

  • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Browser zoom: Up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Keyboard navigation: Full keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements
  • High contrast modes: Windows High Contrast mode and browser-level color overrides
  • Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking and similar voice input tools
